The Microsoft Partner Pledge details the challenges that technologically focused businesses face, as well as the wider responsibilities that they have within the industry and society as a whole. These include diversity and inclusion, promoting digital skills, the use of ethical AI, and more.
Whilst Wizard Cyber are only a small part of the larger Microsoft ecosystem, we believe that these topics are of vital importance to the long-term health and success of the cyber security industry. The work we undertake every day for our customers requires that we carefully manage the challenges and responsibilities associated with data, the cloud, AI and machine learning solutions, and people.
Due to this, Wizard Cyber are proud to sign the Microsoft Partner Pledge as a public commitment of the small role we play in making progress on every issue detailed within. The Microsoft partner community has the power to make meaningful change on these challenges, and we hope that our signing encourages more of our peers to do the same.
The Partner Pledge ensures that we are committed to maintaining high standards in the following areas:

- Apprenticeships: We are committed to helping people develop new skills in the form of apprenticeships. Apprenticeships allow people new to the industry to kickstart their career, whilst also providing us with motivated and talented team members. When combined with a diverse hiring process, we can help to ensure that access to digital skills development is available to everyone.
