We presented our Microsoft Azure Sentinel SOC & MDR system that took advantage of the entire Microsoft security stack and demonstrated how this rollout could happen with minimal disruption
PROTECTING A GLOBAL OPERATIONChallenge
The customer has been relying on their small in house IT team to cover the tasks for cybersecurity.
IT and cybersecurity have rapidly required two different approaches and although the IT team had adequate levels of protection and good use of multiple vendor technologies they were not monitoring or responding to many of the systems that were in place.
Unfortunately, the IT team was understaffed and too busy with the BAU IT support to be able to give cybersecurity the attention it required
The objective of the customer was to improve the cybersecurity posture.
The IT team wanted to offload the entire cybersecurity segment to a partner that could free them up to concentrate on BAU and IT projects but was keen to get a solution that was easy for them to enroll new users and monitor when needed
The customer also wanted to be able to move quickly once they agreed as this was a big issue for the board and they wanted to see big improvements almost instantly

Our Azure Sentinel SOC & SIEM service was the perfect fit for this customer and once we demonstrated the level of information and control that could be unlocked by correctly licensing their Microsoft tenancy we were able to get the initial deployment started within hours
We have invested a lot into Azure Sentinel and its the single pane of glass view that is required to be able to properly understand what is happening
