Intro
Following the acquisition of five skincare companies, a multinational consumer goods enterprise was looking for a fully managed cyber security solution that could provide 24x7x365 monitoring, threat detection, and response. They asked for the entire security stack to be managed by Wizard Cyber and for all five companies to be utilising the same solution seamlessly
They had just finished migrating all five of these companies into one IT infrastructure and brought them all onto the Microsoft technology stack. They required that their new solution also utilised the Microsoft stack and that it was effective when dealing with large amounts of remote workers
Challenge
The consumer goods enterprise was facing a number of cyber security challenges in regard to its new acquisitions. Firstly, they wanted the organisations to be utilising the same IT and cyber security infrastructure and for the new managed solution to effectively monitor and respond to threats across the entire group simultaneouslySecondly, they needed a solution that utilised the Microsoft Security Stack, including Microsoft Sentinel. Solution
To ensure that we utilised the extensive migration work they had already undertaken, we onboarded the group of companies to our managed Microsoft Sentinel and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services. This allowed them to continue getting the most from the Microsoft technology stack and provided easy integration with the wider Microsoft security stack
This solution also provided easy scalability, allowing us to provide one service which easily covered all of the five companies.
